About Marjorie Dejour-Morales

Ms. Dejour-Morales does presentations and seminars for church groups, community groups as well as virtual workshops and seminars.

Marjorie Dejour-Morales worked in corporate America for over 15 years as well as the broadcast/advertising field working with many reputable firms in TV and Radio. She has held various positions in which she supervised and developed people in the workplace through education, mentoring, advisement and consulting.  She brought these skills into the legal field working with some of the top employers and labor unions such as 1199, MTA, PBA, CSEA, NYSUT and also in Early Childhood Education, helping start and develop a school. With her passion for helping people she assisted in establishing several non-profits and is currently on the board of a 501(c)3 Foundation building schools and free education for underprivileged kids in Haiti K-12.

In 2009 she became a business owner and entrepreneur forming her own consulting firm, Ms. Dejour-Morales began working with small businesses, non-profits and many members of the music industry to help create and establish business plans and systems to become efficient, profitable and financially sound.  To this end, she also ran an entertainment company, which managed and helped structure artists of various sorts from a business and financial standpoint.  Her greatest business accomplishment is being co-founder and CEO of United Planning Solutions Inc. along with her business partners in 2017 and subsequently with World Financial Group, as a Director for 10 years.   Utilizing her business savvy, financial and leadership skills to create a new movement, bringing quality financial education and literacy to the communities who need it most. To empower people in a way that will make the dreams of many be realized and legacies created excites her the most. She does presentations and seminars for church groups, community groups as well as virtual workshops and seminars. As she says “it is my duty and responsibility to share this message with all I meet so we can change the face of wealth in this country and the world then, it will be mission accomplished!” Ms. Dejour-Morales has received many awards in her current role but also received Citations from both Nassau County Legislature, NYS Assembly and several non-profits. 

Her passion for music has not stopped.  Since 2012 she has been co-hosting the only Caribbean show on Nassau Community College, 90.3WHPC, the Award Winning #1 College Radio Station in the U.S.  Currently she has helped many families repair their credit, purchase their first home, setup retirement plans, protect their families and create legacies for their future generations.  She has partnered with community leaders, organizations and business owners in providing this much needed education and service and is ready to embark on this mission in all 50 states and eventually worldwide.
